What to Expect
Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals
Cancellation Policy
I reserve time specifically for you, so I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Notice must be given 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
I understand that life happens, and I appreciate your understanding. This policy allows me to offer your time slot to another client and to sustain my practice. To cancel or reschedule you appointment, please use your online booking link or contact me by text (336) 298-2067.
